Before talking about a possible "miracle" product for hair, it is important to talk about lifestyle.

Feeding

The hair feeds from the inside. It is therefore important to have a balanced diet with a good nutritional intake to nourish the hair. You need:


Protein (meat, fish, eggs, crustaceans...): the hair needs keratin which is an amino acid, as well as proteins, essential for it to remain thick and grow well.


Good fats such as omega-3 (fatty fish, nuts, rapeseed oil, avocado, flaxseed, hemp...).

Zinc (fish, oyster, chicken, liver, egg yolk, wheat germ, sesame seeds, garlic, onions ...) for the production of keratin but also for hair density.


Vitamin B6 (brewer's yeast, poultry, banana, egg, fatty fish, spinach, nuts ...) and vitamin B8 or biotin (livers, lentils, almonds, apple, egg yolk, brewer's yeast ...) for resistance and shine because it promotes the assimilation of cystine in keratin.


Vitamin E (animal liver, sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts ...) if they are brittle.

Copper (mushrooms, oysters, algae, egg, sesame ...) for hair pigmentation.


Iron (meat, liver, lentil, egg yolk, white beans ...) for shine and avoid breakage.

Selenium (brazil nuts, wheat germ, egg yolks, fatty fish, lentils ...) for the flexibility and silkiness of the hair.


Silica (banana, whole grains, horsetail, nettle ...) for the thickness of the hair.

The Mediterranean diet seems to be ideal because it is rich in fruits and vegetables, good fats, lean proteins and whole grains. Remember to hydrate yourself enough too.


It will also be important to work on your intestinal flora in order to rebalance it because an unbalanced flora will have an impact on your acid-base balance and will in turn impact the quality of your hair.

Stress management

It is essential to work on your stress management and emotions. These are factors that can have a negative impact on your hair. Indeed, stress can cause hair loss. This stress can pause hair follicles, which will interrupt the growth of the hair concerned and, a few months later, this impacted hair will fall out. 

Thus, remember to regularly practice breathing exercises such as cardiac coherence, sophrology, meditation or yoga.


Sleep is also very important. It is a time of rest for the body during which it takes the opportunity to cleanse and regenerate. So if the sleep is of poor quality, it will necessarily have a negative impact on the hair.

Shampoos

Hair hygiene is an important point. Avoid cosmetics with chemical ingredients and dyes, styling foams or gels, lacquers... etc.


The use of natural shampoo is essential. Prefer shampoos without sulfate or silicone. There are several types:


Liquid shampoos: the most well-known form that makes hair foam, available in bottle or bottle.


Solid shampoos: more and more known, this form resembles a solid soap and is more economical because it allows to use less and reduce the amount of waste. Just moisten it and pass it over the hair like a usual shampoo.


Powdered shampoos: little known, this method is an alternative to classic shampoos, you can use clay or rhassoul in the form of a paste or mixed with your usual shampoo.


Dry shampoos: these are shampoos in powder form and do not rinse. They are practiced before the "wet shampoo" to space the shampoos for example. You can use cornstarch or talc by rubbing the hair roots. The hair is then brushed.


Remember to finish your shampoo with a mild conditioner and rinse with cold water to close the scales of the hair and stimulate blood circulation.


Avoid the use of the dryer as much as possible, let your hair dry in the open air because they do not like the violent heat of the hair dryer that will damage their scales. You can leave them in a towel to absorb the water and then let them air dry.

Hair care

Many care can be taken to your hair to have beautiful hair.

Brushing

Remember to massage your hair daily, morning and evening, with a natural brush or a wooden comb. This will diffuse the sebum to the tips.

Hair mask

Hair masks can do good for your damaged hair.


The mask can be made with rhassoul which is a volcanic clay or with white clay that will purify and oxygenate the bulbs of the scalp. It is enough to create a paste with clay and water. Apply a thick layer on the roots and tips and leave it for about twenty minutes before rinsing. This will make the hair smooth.


For dry hair and curly hair, you can use aloe vera at the end of a shampoo, without rinsing, to help hold curls and moisturize hair.

Massage of lengths

Perfect for dry hair, long hair, curly hair, frizzy hair or dull and damaged hair: the massage of the ends! You can use a vegetable oil such as argan oil, jojoba oil or coconut oil or shea butter that you place on your lengths while massaging. Leave on overnight the day before the shampoo. Scalp massage

Massaging the scalp is a good habit to take for the health of the hair. When you make your shampoo, take the time to massage your scalp with your fingertips.
